Historically, churches have not created programs that support youth’s success in school. Over the years, it has become apparent that very few churches have understood the need to develop an educational support program in their church. Of the churches that have established programs that promote student success, some of the more common programs or support provided to youth include, scholarships for graduating seniors, college fairs, college prep mentoring programs and even academic tutoring programs in some cases. While those churches have been blessed to have the resources to create an impact on their youth’s educational journey, they are most often only providing services for their church, which is a reasonable expectation.
The unfortunate truth is that most churches offer limited to no support to help their youth succeed in school due to a lack of skill set, time, money and resources, and Believers Education Collaborative, LLC, is here to change that narrative. Our aim is to cause a paradigm shift in the way that the body of Christ supports our youth in school. Our mission is to educate, equip and exhort believers to pursue student success for God’s glory! We do this through our affordable, easily accessible, expert-driven talks, workshops, online courses, and other educational resources, to serve middle school and high school youth, their parents, and youth leaders in Christian churches.

WHO WE ARE
We are a Christian student success organization, designed for Christians…the believers! We are committed to advancing the spiritual and educational needs of students in middle school through high school. In addition to supporting youth, we provide support for the youth's parents and church youth leaders.
WHAT WE DO
We educate, equip and exhort the body of Christ to pursue student success for God's glory. We accomplish this through our speaking engagements, workshops, online courses and educational resources. At BEC, LLC, we encourage youth to leverage their student experience to glorify God, assist parents on how to best support their child(ren) in school, and train youth leaders on how to motivate youth in their educational journey.
OUR #1 PRIORITY
At BEC, LLC, we believe that success can only come through the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit. Because of this, we believe that He is our #1 resource. As we support our youth, parents, and churches, we will be doing it together with the Holy Spirit.

HI, I'M DEANDRA.
Have you ever met a kid who, at the age of 10, visited the sick and shut-in as a hobby? Or, a 22-year-old, who had the best birthday ever...spending time with a 97-year-old patient at a nursing home? Yep, that would be me. I was that kid, and now I'm that young adult. Ever since I could remember, I've always had a desire to serve others. And because Jesus changed my life one day, I especially have a heart to serve my family, whether that's by marriage, blood or in Christ. I love my amazing husband and both of our wonderful kids - they are such a blessing to me! And yeah, I admit it. I'm biased. It's only because me and God got a good thing going on, you know? We go way, waaay back! I owe Him my life, so it's only right that I commit to do everything for His glory! After changing my major in college from forensic science to early childhood education, my passion for student success became a fire that even water couldn't quench. During my sophomore year in college, I realized that I wanted to make a career out of one thing (and really, it wasn't me, it was God's doing)...helping students succeed in school. Two years later, I was a first-year graduate student studying higher education and learning student success principles, which was great because I'd always wanted to know how I could make an impact in the lives of Christian students, but I didn't always know how to do it. After providing college counseling to a couple of my family members about how to succeed in college while keeping God first, I realized that God had showed me my purpose - to educate, equip and exhort believers about how to obtain student success! Almost 8 years later, Believers Education Collaborative, LLC (also referred to as BEC, LLC, or BelieversEd) was established. Since that time, I have made a commitment to help believers pursue student success for God's glory - and to make it a fun, engaging process!
And now, I'm partnering with churches around the country to do just that!
